Poker Issues
So we all had a good time at Billys house on Saturday. Didn't we?
Dave left after losing the first round, Steve went out first both rounds, Ryan finally won and so did I.
So did we all really have fun? Maybe we did, and maybe I'm completley wrong in this whole argument. But what I think is, maybe its becoming too much about the money. I don't mean losing the $5 if you are one of the first ones out, but the desire to win the prize of $20-$30.
I am not saying this is how i feel personally, but sometimes you think about it. The main thrill for me comes from that gambling rush of raising high or bluffing with nothing. And also the cred of the win.
So what I propose is from now onwards we play with only $2 buy-ins. This way the prize is not as big and the lose is not as shattering. Then it becomes more about the rush of gambling and less about the money.

lol yeah i'm not worried about the money, it was fun while it lasted, 5 2 dollars same shit different color. i'm just there for the fun of it.
And the reason i had to go was i had to study the next day. I win too often in life, its time i gave bacck LOL i'll let you fools win, but once steve has won one its game on. :P
Yeah set it to $2 now that I've finally won one :p. Seriously though, you might be right, and having it at $2 could make it more "fun" while still having some incentive not to be a total fool.
Yes, 2 is fine. Couldn't giv a stuff. I say steve gets free buy in until he wins a game.

nah, $2 buy-ins is redundant. if you want to play for the fun you may as well not put nething in and if you want to play for the thrill of having your money on the line two bucks is pissy and is barely a rush. it's all or nothing fellas. and don't worry about giving me charity buy-ins coz that's just not fair. if u feel bad buy me some drinks and pat my buttocks.
