Shaun wanted some sort of 'planning', I'm not sure exactly what he was after as this sort of thing does not need a great deal of logistics, so Shaun post what you have in mind.
Basically, the way I see it is this:
On the Friday from what I know for sure is basically just me is going down, maybe Ryan and maybe Dave L. because the place has to be checked into. I can carry other peoples supplies if they need room in their car or just to make things easier for them.
Then on the Monday, everyone else will come on over, Dave Y. says he will show up whenever and just be there for a couple of days or so.
As for food we can sort that out once we are there. There is no need to buy a lot of things here and then take them down as there will be shops there, so you can save on packing. If you want you can bring down drinks, snacks and the like of your own, but it's not that crucial that you do.
If you have a fishing rod, golf clubs or other leisure equipment that you think we might use take them. Again, I can pack them in my car.
You might want to take a sleeping bag or something just in case, but there will be beds there and you will only need them if something comes up.
I think there's a DVD player or at least a VCR in the room so take some shows if you feel like watching something.
That's all I can think of for now, if there's anything else post a comment.
Further than who is going up with whom in who's car I can't see much else that really needs to be planned, let me know if I'm wrong however.

Yeah, I'm not to sure if you can walk to the beach, but it will only be a short drive.
And yeah, I still really wouldn't call that 'planning'. But I suppose I made the mistake of assuming some level of competence on your behalf, but it appears that you need me to hold your hand and tell you what to bring. You can go tell your girl guide troop to drop their bake sale and report to me for a pre-camp meeting where I will hand out safety forms of people we can call if you stub your toe or catch a cold. This may be your first time away from your mother, so if you get scared you can also bring a teddy bear.
Well anyway, I can have the house free to myself again on Tuesday night if anybody wants to do anything.
Oh, and hook me up with some of your girl guides.
