As much as hate to admit it, I must agree with Tony and vote to kick the inactive observer, ST.EV. Those who are with me, write to our HQ (Tony), and ask him to give Steve his final warning.

I wouldn't really care but membership is good incentive to post. And if no-one post, then it's crap.
